Standard Delivery For Gift Cards

The standard UK delivery charge for gift cards is £3.50, orders over £100 will be delivered free of charge. Standard delivery is 3-6 working days. 


All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines. Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.

Overseas Delivery

We ship to the UK only.

If you have an email address registered with us you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been despatched.

Returns for Online Orders

Gift cards are not refundable. In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty please contact us by email at orders@vinegarhill.co.uk

Cancellation Procedure

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping. 


Returns for Stores Purchases

General Returns Policy for Stores

We will be happy to exchange or refund full price lifestyle items returned in original purchase condition with a valid receipt within 28 days of purchase. 


We will be happy to exchange or refund full price clothing and footwear items returned in original purchase condition with a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase. 


Please note, for lifestyle Sale items (marked with * on your receipt) we will be happy to offer an exchange only within 14 days of purchase. 


For clothing and footwear Sale items (marked with * on your receipt) we will be happy to offer an exchange only within 7 days of purchase. 


Food/perishable items are non returnable. Earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.


This policy excludes Gift Cards


This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
