Standard Delivery

The standard UK delivery 3-6 days charge is £3.95 and orders over £50 will be delivered free of charge.

Providing your items are in stock, we will aim to deliver your order within 6 working days. Please note – during our sale and peak periods you should allow up to 7-10 days.

Saturdays, Sundays and all Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days.

Where possible, we will endeavour to send all of your order together, however any items that are out of stock will be sent as soon as possible.  Please note – you will only be charged one delivery charge per order.

If any order is out of stock, we will notify you and advise of the anticipated delivery date. All delivery dates are estimates and we cannot guarantee specific deadlines.

We reserve the right to discontinue the offer of any product listed on the website at any time without notice.

Next Day Delivery

Guaranteed next day delivery is £7.95, order must be placed by 1.oopm.

Delivered Monday-Friday (excluding bank or public holidays).

Delivery charges are based on the total cost of your order.

Vinegar Hill products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery.

Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.

Tracking your parcel

If you have an email address registered with us you will receive an email to confirm that your items have been despatched.

Vinegar Hill cannot be held responsible for any third party involvement where delays occur to deliveries.

Returns Policy & Making Returns

In the unlikely event that a parcel arrives damaged or faulty or you wish to return it, you must contact us within 8 working days of receiving the parcel by email at info@vinegarhill.co.uk

Please note – All items need to be returned within 14 days, complete and in a reasonable condition. Personalised/made-to-order products may not be returned unless faulty. Where possible, we would ask that you return the item(s) with the original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.

With the exception of faulty items or goods damaged in transit, Vinegar Hill are not responsible for return postage or the costs associated with this. Once you have contacted us, please ensure that you include the Returns Slip, and we would recommend that you obtain a Certificate of Posting, the parcel fails to reach us for any reason.

Large unwanted items will need to be collected by one of our couriers (the cost for this will be deducted from your refund, with the exception of faulty items) – please call 01242 584404 during office hours and our Customer Service team will be able to advise you.

Cancellations Procedure

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been processed for shipping.

To cancel your order after it has been despatched to you, please follow the Returns procedure, stated above.
